One of my posts (I Could Do Without Darwin) talks about my desire not to be something else’s food. Big mistake. I sometimes wonder what I look like to other people.
First, to put it in context, I was lying in front of the TV watching Planet Earth/The Blue Planet: Seas of Life. Great stuff—I highly recommend it because while most “nature documentaries” like to focus on the lion eating the gazelle (tearing open the throat, tearing open the stomach, pulling out the intestines, over and over—great stuff for kids to watch, eh?)—Blue Planet takes you on a trip from the coral reefs to the bottom of the ocean (very spooky that).
